T-Mobile Users

Text STOP XRA to 80713 to request the cancellation of your subscription. Once the request is processed, no further renewals will be charged.

Orange Users

Text STOP XRA to 80711 to request the cancellation of your subscription. Once the request is processed, no further renewals will be charged.

PLAY Users

Text STOP XRA to 194 to request the cancellation of your subscription. Once the request is processed, no further renewals will be charged.

Email us at help@xracademy-pl.com with your mobile number and we will assist you with cancelling your subscription.

    Text the opt-out keyword to the short code shown for your operator.

    Get confirmation

    You will receive an SMS confirming that the subscription has stopped.

    After cancelling

    No further renewals will be charged. You keep access to the app until the end of the period already billed.

Refund policy

Requests are reviewed against the account information and the charge in question.

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of the charge, subject to the review applicable to your case.
  • Send your request to help@xracademy-pl.com.
  • Include your first and last name, the subscribed mobile number and a contact email.
  • State the name of the service (XR Academy) and the payment method used.
  • We send an acknowledgement by email when we receive your request.
  • Approval depends on the status of the subscription and the rules that apply to the charge.
  • If the refund is approved, it is processed through the method available for the original billing.
  • Cancelling the subscription stops future charges but does not automatically create a refund.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Polish law.
